PMO
The Project Management Services is the department or group that defines and maintains the standards and process related to project management within an organization.
In today's complex business environment, new projects are constantly being developed as organizations seek new ways to reduce costs, improve processes, increase productivity and build their bottom line. Managing these diverse projects along with their people, resources, technology, and communication is a difficult endeavor for which the risk of failure is often far too high. An effective solution, created to establish a more centralized management structure for large groups of projects, is the Project Management Office (PMO).
With more than 10 years of experience, TSS has established this PMO services area since 1999 for the Smart School Pilot Project. Besides managing giant projects, TSS is also involved in managing e-Learning contents, school management system. This year TSS has been appointed by MDeC to do the on-site monitoring for 15 Rural Smart School. The Change Management Module was incorporated as part of the activities in the Project Management Services.
By looking at the experience and lesson learned in managing those projects, TSS believes and would like to offer project management services to assist your organization to succeed.
