School Management System (SMS) is a comprehensive and integrated school management and administration system. It is a complete web-based system for school administration, teachers, parents and students, designed to support and improve education management by providing educational institutions with a comprehensive and integrated system for the entire community.
It enables various types of users to access the system. Different types of access rights and permissions are provided based on user roles such as school administrator, teachers, students and parents. Essential tasks like school attendance, timetabling, resource management and report generation are made simpler and faster through a few clicks on the computer.
TSS SMS provides single platform on an integrated approach embracing the principles of knowledge management, automation, intelligence and paperless environment. It unifies academics, students, communities and administrative services through a single web based informational and transactional portal. With self-service capabilities, it enables access to real-time information, relevant assessment tools and online educational resources.
Our system also caters for the International Market, some of the components have been developed with three language interfaces, namely Bahasa Malaysia, English language and Arabic.
Learning Management System
Learning Management System (LMS) is a software for delivering, tracking and managing training. LMS ranges from systems for managing training records to software for distributing courses over the internet and offering features for online collaboration. It can be used by training departments to automate record-keeping as well as the registration of employees for classroom and online courses.
There are many dimensions to LMS such as:

- Training workflow (e.g. user notification, manager approval, wait-list management)
- The provision of on-line learning (e.g. Computer-Based Training, read & understand)

TSS LMS is suitable for all type of users. For instance, students will be able to learn at their own time and pace. School administrator will be able to see each student’s progress as well as able to do tracking and reports.
In other areas, government sectors will be able to undergo training online without having to leave their office. Their management will be able to monitor their staff on registrations, hours of training completed, result obtained from each training taken, subject of training taken, etc.
